Eight steps from first message to launch. The build is paid in two halves. After that, an optional care plan can keep your site hosted and looked after.

Tell me about your business and what the site needs to do. I’ll reply with a fixed price in writing and the full agreement, so you can read every word first.

Sign the agreement
Your price, your pages and every term, in plain English. We both sign online before any payment.

Pay the deposit
$348.50 for a landing page, $998.50 for five pages, $1,449.50 for ten. Pay by card through a secure Stripe link, or by PayPal, Venmo or Zelle. Work starts when it clears.

Send your content
Photos, logo, prices, hours and a few details about your business, within 30 days, plus two or three websites you like the look of. I write the words for you to check. No photos yet? I can use licensed stock photos.

I build your site from scratch and set it up for local Google search.

Review and request changes
You get a private link to the finished, working site. Up to five small changes are included: text, fonts, photos or colors, one edit each. Anything I built that doesn’t work is fixed free before launch. Bigger changes are quoted first.

Due within 10 days of my email saying it’s finished. You’ll have seen it working before you pay.

Launch
I put your site live, connect your web address (you buy it in your name, about $10 to $20 a year) and set up your Google Business Profile. With the care plan, I host it for you. Without it, I host it for the first 30 days, then move it to a free account in your name.

You never deal with the tech. Hosting, a monthly check of every page and form, fixes to anything I built, two small updates a month and any AI running costs. $39, $59 or $79 a month by package. Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.

It’s yours once the build is paid. Leave the care plan anytime and I’ll move it to your own account for free. Your web address is always in your name.

Ready on launch day
Everything in your agreement works at launch: forms, buttons, links, tap-to-call, maps, and booking or ordering if included. Nothing left for you to finish.
Mobile-first design
Most visitors arrive on a phone, looking for one quick answer. I design and test for phones first, and ease of use always wins.
Local search setup
Set up to help you show up when nearby customers search for what you offer. At launch, I also set up your Google Business Profile, your free listing on Google Maps with your hours, phone and photos.
One step is yours: Google sends your business a code, and only you can enter it. The profile stays in your Google account, and Google decides whether to approve it.
Your own web address
Bought in your own name, about $10 to $20 a year, so it’s always yours. I connect it to your site.
Changes before and after launch
New sites, redesigns and fixes, always priced up front. Five small changes are included across the build and your review. Bigger changes are quoted first, and you pay for them before I start. After launch, anything I built that doesn’t work is fixed free for 30 days. The care plan includes two small updates a month. Without it, small updates are $50 each, and bigger work starts at $300.
