What you’re agreeing to.
The rules for every project, in writing before you pay anything: what’s included, what it costs and when it’s due. Questions? Ask. This page is a plain-English summary. The signed agreement has the full terms and wins if the two differ.

How a project works.
Same eight steps as the agreement, in order. Each shows who’s responsible and when you pay.
- 1
You
Request a quote
Tell me about your business and what the site needs to do. I’ll reply with a fixed price in writing and the full agreement, so you can read every word before deciding. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Asking commits you to nothing.
- 2
Together
Sign the agreement
It covers your price, your pages and everything on this page. We both sign, and you email it back from your own email. No work starts until it’s signed. The copy I send is the one that counts, so edits made to it don’t.
- 3
You
Pay the deposit
$348.50 for a landing page, $998.50 for five pages, $1,449.50 for ten. Pay by card through a secure Stripe link, or by PayPal, Venmo or Zelle. Payments must come from you or your business. I only send payment links from moxireel@gmail.com, so if anyone else asks you to pay, check with me first. Work starts when the payment clears. The deposit isn’t refundable, except if I miss the 45-day preview deadline or end the project myself.

You
Send your content
Your photos, prices, logo, details about your business, any license numbers your trade must show, and any logins the site needs. I write the words, and you check them. If I don’t have what the build needs within 30 days of your deposit, I may close the project and keep the deposit. I email you a reminder at least 7 days before that.

Moxireel
Design and build
I build your website from scratch and set it up for local search. Changes you request during the build count toward your five included changes in step 6.
- 6
You
Review and request changes
You get a private link ending in pages.dev with your finished, working site. It’s the real site, not a mockup. Test it on your phone, try every button and share it with anyone.
Up to five small changes are included in total, across the build and this review. Unused ones end when you pay the balance. A small change is to text, fonts, photos or colors on an existing page. Each separate edit counts as one, even if sent together. I decide, reasonably, what counts as small. Bigger changes, like an extra page or a new layout, are quoted first, and you pay for them before I start. Before I make any change, I confirm in writing what will change and what it costs, so you never pay for a misunderstanding. Once it’s done, switching it back is a new change. If I got it wrong, putting it right is free. New or replacement content sent after I start building counts as a change too. If something I built doesn’t do what the agreement says, on current phones and browsers, I fix it free, and it doesn’t count as a change. Tell me which page and what happens, so I can see it. Wanting it to look or work differently is a change, not a fix. Fixing a mistake I made in your details, compared with what you sent me in writing, is free too. Before launch, after a fix is delivered, you have 3 days to report anything else.
You have 7 days after the link, and after each round of changes, to send more. I make each round you confirm within 5 business days. If nothing arrives, or the only requests left are paid changes you haven’t approved and paid for, the site counts as finished. Either way, it counts as finished 30 days after I first send the link, unless I’m still making a change you confirmed or fixing something I built.
- 7
You
Pay the balance
The remaining 50% is due in one payment within 10 days of my email saying the site is finished, whether or not you’ve bought your web address, and always before launch. Decided not to go ahead? See “Before the final payment” below. Late payments add 1% a month. Check every page, button and form before you pay: paying the balance confirms the site works as agreed.

Launch
Once your final payment clears, I put the site live on my hosting and connect your web address, within 14 days. With the care plan, it stays there. Without it, it moves to a free Cloudflare account in your name 30 days after launch. I also set up your Google Business Profile in your own Google account: name, category, hours, phone, address or service area, web address, description and up to 10 photos. Google sends your business a code that only you can enter, and Google decides whether to approve the profile. You add me as a manager, so you never share your password. One profile covers one location, and more are quoted. If someone else controls a profile you already have, getting it back is up to you. A rejection, suspension or delay is outside my control, and setting it up again is quoted. Once I’ve set it up, that step is done, even if the code is never entered, and it also counts as done if you haven’t given me access within 30 days of launch. Posts, review replies and ads aren’t included.
Optional
The care plan
$39 a month for a landing page, $59 for five pages, $79 for ten, plus $20 for each AI feature, one plan per site. Extra pages don’t change the plan price. It covers hosting on my account, a monthly check of every page, button and form with a short email on what I checked, fixes to anything I built that stops working, AI running costs, and up to two small updates a month, like a new price, photo or hours, including the same change on your Google Business Profile. A small update takes me up to 30 minutes, and I aim to do it within 5 business days. Unused updates don’t roll over, and extra ones are $25 each. I decide, reasonably, what counts as small. The plan covers what I built, as I built it. If you or someone else changed it, restoring it is quoted first. If another company changes how its booking, ordering or payment link works, reconnecting it counts as a small update. Bigger work starts at $300, a full redesign is priced like a new site, and paid work is paid before it starts.
Plan rules
Payment, leaving, and no plan
Paid in advance each month by automatic card payment. If a payment fails, I email you. If it’s still unpaid 7 days later, I may pause the site until it’s paid. A paused site still owes its months, bringing it back costs $25, and late amounts add 1% a month. After 30 days unpaid, I may end the plan. There’s no minimum: either of us can end it by email with 30 days’ notice. Payments continue through those 30 days, and paid months aren’t refunded. The price is fixed for your first 12 months. After that I may change it with 30 days’ notice, and you can cancel before it starts. When the plan ends and nothing is owed, I move your site to a free account in your name, including your forms, for free. Without the plan, anything I built that doesn’t work is fixed free for 30 days after launch, not counting problems caused by changes you or others make. Small updates are $50 each. You can join the plan anytime. The first move onto my hosting and the first move back are free. After that, each move is $50. If you leave and rejoin, the price is the one on this site at that time.
What it costs.
Landing page
One page, one goal. Deposit: $348.50.
Five-page site
Five pages, each another way to be found on Google. Deposit: $998.50.
Ten-page site
Ten pages, the most this price covers. Deposit: $1,449.50.
Each additional page
Past five on the five-page site, or past ten on the ten-page site. Seven pages is $2,297, and fifteen is $3,649. Two to four pages is priced as the five-page site.
Care plan (optional)
$39 a month for a landing page, $59 for five pages, $79 for ten. No minimum. The plan rules are above. Without the plan, small updates are $50 each.
Changes to an existing site
For a site someone else built, or bigger work on one I built. $300 minimum, for jobs like refreshing a section or adding a feature. Bigger changes are priced by scope, before work starts. A full redesign is priced like a new site, by the number of pages.
An AI feature
Priced per feature, so two features are two prices. The price depends on site size and page count. Each feature needs the care plan and adds $20 a month to it, which covers the AI running cost and up to 500 uses a month. If it reaches 500, it shows visitors how to contact you until next month, or you can add 500 more for $20. You can turn a feature off anytime, and its monthly price stops after the month you’ve paid for. AI can give wrong answers, so you’re responsible for what it tells customers, and the AI notice must stay visible.
Your web address isn’t included; you buy it separately. Anything not in your agreement, or in a quote you accept, isn’t included. A page is one page with its own web address. Your price is the one in your agreement, even if these prices change later. You get a receipt by email for every payment.
If you cancel
If you cancel.
You can cancel anytime by email. Payments already made aren’t refunded. They cover reserved time and work done.
One exception: if I haven’t sent your preview link within 45 days of receiving the last item I asked for, you can cancel in writing and get your deposit back within 14 days. Time spent on changes or extra work you ask for before the preview doesn’t count toward the 45 days. That refund is the only remedy for a delay. If I end the project for any other reason before sending your preview, you get your deposit back in full. If I end it after sending your preview, you choose: your deposit back, or pay the balance and get the site as it stands.
What I won’t build
What I won’t build.
I only build sites for legitimate businesses, for the people who own or run them. No sites that copy or impersonate another business or mislead people, and no made-up reviews, testimonials, awards or licenses. If a site I built is used that way, or for anything illegal, I may stop work and ask for it to be taken down, and payments aren’t refunded.
Before the final payment
Before the final payment.
Until the final payment, the website and preview link belong to Moxireel. The preview is for review, not for running your business. Share it for feedback, but don’t use it as your live site or copy, save or rebuild any part of it before paying in full. If any part is copied or used before full payment, the remaining balance is due immediately. I may mark the preview so copies can be traced, and take it down at any time.
If you decide not to go ahead, or the balance isn’t paid within 10 days of my email saying it’s finished, the preview comes down, nothing goes live, and you owe nothing more, unless you copied or used any part of the site. Your deposit covers the work done and isn’t refunded. When your final payment clears, the site is yours and I put it live. If a payment is later reversed or disputed, you still owe it, plus any dispute fees, and the site is mine again until it’s paid. Until then, you must take it offline wherever it’s hosted, and I may take down the preview, take the site offline and ask any host to remove it.
What’s yours after launch.
The site is yours
Once the build price clears, the site is yours. The general tools, code and methods I use across projects stay mine, and you get a permanent right to use them in your site. Fonts, code libraries and stock photos are made by others and stay under their own licenses, which allow use on your site. Websites often share common layouts, features and styles, so I don’t promise your site will look unlike any other site, including others I build. I may show your site in my portfolio unless you ask me in writing not to.
Your web address
You buy it in your own name, so it’s always yours. It’s about $10 to $20 a year, paid to the seller, not me. I connect it but never own it. I keep your existing email settings as they are, but I’m not responsible for your email service or anything else on it.
Where your site is hosted
On the care plan, it’s on my Cloudflare account. I set it up, keep it running and manage outside services like the form service. I aim to keep it online but can’t guarantee it, since hosting depends on Cloudflare and other companies. If it’s offline for more than 24 hours in a row because of my mistake, that month’s plan price comes off your next payment. Without the plan, it stays on my hosting for the first 30 days after launch, so I can fix anything I built. Then, if nothing is owed, or when the plan ends and nothing is owed, your site goes on a free Cloudflare account in your name, with your forms on a free form account in your name, and keeping it online is up to you. If I don’t have what I need to set up your account by then, the site stays on my hosting for up to 30 more days, then may go offline until I do.
Your own copy
On the care plan, I keep a copy while I host your site, and you get the files when it ends and nothing is owed. Without the plan, they go on your own account. Either way, keeping them safe after that is up to you.
After you pay in full
Once paid in full, the site and the responsibility for it are yours. You accept it as is. From then on, the site, its content, your business and your customers are your responsibility, including meeting any laws that apply to you, like accessibility and privacy rules. Apart from the 30 days of free fixes and the care plan, I’m not liable for lost customers, lost sales or anything else that happens with the site after that.
About results
Every site is built to help your business get found and contacted. I don’t guarantee rankings, visitors, calls, customers or sales. No one honestly can. Results depend on Google, your market and how you run your business.
The small print.
Who you’re dealing with
Moxireel LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Sunrise, Florida. Your agreement is with Moxireel LLC. I’m Ash, and I design and build every site and answer every email.
What you send me
Photos, logos, text and prices you send must be yours or used with permission, and accurate and legal. Reviews on your site must be real, and license numbers current. If someone makes a claim against me because of what you sent, your business or how the site is used, including accessibility or privacy claims, you cover my costs, including legal fees. Logins are shared at your own risk. Change those passwords when the project ends.
Kept private
Your logins, business details and the messages your customers send through your site stay private. They’re shared only with the services your site relies on, or where the law requires, and I use them only to build, run and support your site. Where a service allows it, you add me as a user instead of sharing a password.
In writing means email
Prices, changes, approvals and cancellations only count by email. Calls, texts and chats don’t. An email counts as received when it’s sent to the address in your agreement, so tell me if yours changes.
Who can sign
The signer must be at least 18 and own or run the business, or be authorized to sign for it.
If you sell your business
The site can go with it. The care plan moves to the new owner only if they agree to its terms by email.
Dates and delays
Any finish date I give, including a rush date, is a target, not a guarantee. A rush date costs extra, quoted first and paid before I start. If you’re late with anything, it moves back and the fee isn’t refunded. If you’re slow to send things or answer, dates move back by the same amount. If I ask you something and don’t hear back within 7 days, I go ahead with my best judgment. No step on your side can take more than 30 days. Neither of us is responsible for delays outside our control, like illness, outages or severe weather, but that doesn’t move payment deadlines, the 30-day limits or the 45-day refund. Need more time? Ask by email before a deadline. Extra time only counts if I agree by email.
If something goes wrong
Tell me in writing and give me 14 days to fix it before opening a payment dispute. If either of us takes legal action, the loser pays the winner’s reasonable legal costs. Florida law applies, and disputes are handled in Broward County.
Limits
To the fullest extent the law allows, my total responsibility is limited to what you’ve paid me. I’m not responsible for lost customers, profits, sales or data, including losses from downtime.
Other companies
Your site relies on other companies, like Cloudflare, Google, Web3Forms, Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle and AI providers. I’m not responsible for their outages, price changes or rule changes.
How sites are made
I use software tools, which may include AI tools, to help produce code, text and images. I’m responsible for the finished result.
