How I handle your information.

One thing here collects information: the contact form. Here’s what each collects, where it goes and how to have it deleted, plus the visit counts Cloudflare records.

Information you provide.

The contact form

Your name, business name, email, phone, type of business, package and project details. Only name, business name, email and type of business are required.

When you submit, Web3Forms turns it into an email and sends it to my Gmail inbox, run by Google. I reply from there. Only Web3Forms and Google handle it.

If you call or text me, I see your number and use it only to get back to you.

Cookies, analytics and tracking.

None

Cookies

No cookies. Nothing is stored in your browser, so there’s no cookie banner.

Visit counts only

Analytics

Cloudflare, which hosts this site, counts visits with its Web Analytics: pages viewed, referring site, country and page speed. I only see totals. Cloudflare says it uses no cookies or browser storage for this and doesn’t try to identify you. Nothing follows you to other sites.

None

Trackers

No ad pixels or social buttons. The only outside script is Cloudflare’s visit counter. Fonts are served from this site, so no font company sees what you read.

Hosting and data retention.

Hosting

Cloudflare Pages hosts this site, so Cloudflare sees each visitor’s IP address and keeps its own logs. That’s standard for any website, whether or not you use the form.

Retention and deletion requests

Form inquiries arrive as emails and stay in my inbox until I delete them. There’s no set deletion schedule.

To have yours deleted, email moxireel@gmail.com. I’ll delete your message and my reply. Include your name and business so I can find it.

Only the companies named here handle your information.
