Every new site: 50% to start, the rest after you’ve reviewed the finished work. The care plan is optional. AI features are $200 to $600 each, based on site size, plus $20 a month each on the care plan, which they need. That covers the AI running cost and up to 500 uses a month.
What you pay, and when.
Two build payments. The care plan is up to you.
50% once we’ve both signed. You review the finished site on a private link and request changes. Then you pay the rest and I put the site live on my hosting. Without the care plan, it moves to a free account in your name after 30 days. Nothing is added without your approval. Your web address is about $10 to $20 a year, paid to whoever you buy it from.
No hidden fees
The price covers everything in your agreement. Every other fee is in the list below, and you get a receipt by email for every payment.
Payment methods
50% at the start, the rest after you’ve reviewed the finished site. Pay by card through a secure Stripe link, or by PayPal, Venmo or Zelle. We both sign the agreement before any payment. The care plan, if you take it, is paid automatically by card through Stripe.
What you get
A complete, working website with your photos, logo, and the pages and features in your agreement. Forms, buttons, maps and booking (if included) all work. Mobile-first and ready for customers at launch.
Ownership
Once the build is paid in full, the site is yours. On the care plan, I host it, and if you leave, I move it to your own account for free.
Your web address
You buy it in your own name, about $10 to $20 a year, so it’s always yours. I connect it at launch, after your changes and the final payment. It’s not in the build price.
The care plan (optional, recommended)
You never deal with the tech. $39 (landing page), $59 (five pages) or $79 (ten pages) a month. Covers hosting, a monthly check with a short email on what I checked, fixes to anything I built and two small updates a month (extra ones are $25). AI running costs are included at $20 a month per feature. No minimum: cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. Paid automatically. If a payment fails, I email you, and you have 7 days to sort it out.

Paid to whoever you buy it from, not to me.
That’s every fee. If it isn’t on this list, in your agreement or in a quote you accept, you don’t pay it. You get a receipt by email for every payment.
What protects you.
See it before the second half
You see the whole finished site working before you pay the rest. If you decide not to go ahead, you don’t pay it and nothing goes live. The most you can lose is the deposit.
Deposit back if I’m late
If I haven’t sent your preview within 45 days of getting everything I asked for, you can cancel and get your deposit back.
Free fixes after launch
Anything I built that doesn’t work in the first 30 days after launch, I fix free, plan or no plan.
Cancel the plan anytime
The care plan has no minimum. Cancel by email with 30 days’ notice, and I move your site to your own account for free. Same if I ever stop.
Your web address is yours
It’s bought in your name and stays yours whatever happens. I connect it but never own it.
No surprise prices
Your build price is fixed in writing, and the care plan price is locked for your first 12 months.
