The price for your site is a one time payment. Once you pay it, you are done. Nothing is hidden and nothing shows up on a bill later. The only cost that ever repeats is the optional monthly care plan, and only if you choose to add it. And you never pay a cent until you have seen your finished site and told me you love it.

How do I pay?
Only after you have seen your site and told me you love it. I send you a PayPal payment link. You can pay it with a card, and you do not need a PayPal account. If you would rather use Venmo or Zelle, just ask. Nothing is ever due before you have seen the site.

A complete, fully working site. Up to 12 pages, your real photos, your logo, and everything you want on it. Forms, buttons, booking, and maps all work, and it is built for phones. It is ready for real customers the moment it is set up, not a placeholder you have to finish yourself.
After you pay, it is yours
The site is done and it belongs to you. Small tweaks after launch are included, so a wrong price or a photo swap is just a message to me. Ongoing monthly changes and upkeep are what the optional care plan is for.

The web address is yours, and you pay for it
Your web address is yours and you own it, in your own name. You pay for it yourself, about $10 to $20 a year, to the company that sells web addresses. That way it always stays yours. I set it up and connect everything for you. The site price does not include that yearly fee.
Hosting has no monthly fee
Hosting is what keeps your site on the internet. The hosting I use has no monthly cost, so being online does not add a bill. The only costs that repeat are the yearly web address fee and the optional care plan, if you want it.
The care plan is optional
$29 a month, and only if you want it. I handle small monthly tweaks and updates, look after your web address and hosting setup, and keep your site fresh. Cancel anytime. Skip it and your site still works fine, you just email me if something needs changing.
